Business Development Manager

**Job Description:** You will be a Business Development Manager (US Healthcare Staffing) at Hirring.com, located on-site in Noida. Your role will involve driving growth and expanding the client base by identifying strategic business opportunities, building strong relationships, and leading the development of new business ventures. You should be a proactive self-starter with a deep understanding of the management consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully generating new business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, and Vendor Management in the US staffing industry. - Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for Healthcare staffing business in the USA. - Build long-term business relationships with clients who trust and are willing to work with you. - Successfully sign contracts with new clients and place resources on various projects. - Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process, and recruitment process. - Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize business opportunities. - Analyze client requirements and collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets client expectations. - Evaluate, negotiate, and execute client contracts as well as sub-contracts adhering to company policies. - Experience in handling projects, services contracts, and SOWs is preferred. - Preferable experience in US Staffing (Healthcare Staffing Services). **Qualifications Required:** - Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English. - Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic, and a go-getter. - Self-driven, motivated, professional, and positive-minded. - Entrepreneurial attitude, business acumen, and a CAN-DO attitude. - Sharp, articulate, and energetic.,
