Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and negotiating contracts, and leading business initiatives. The role will also require analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis
Strong negotiation and contract development skills
Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams
Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
