State Head – Business Development Manager (Punjab)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and expand industrial solar sales in Punjab.
Generate leads through
referrals, associations, and industry connects

Develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Establish and nurture long-term client and partner relationships.
Drive order closures and achieve assigned sales targets.
Represent Helium Solar in industry forums, associations, and networking events.
Work closely with the management team to align business goals with state-level strategies.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Proven track record in
Industrial Sales
(Solar / Renewable Energy background preferred).
Strong connects in industries, associations, and business networks in Punjab.
Excellent networking, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Leadership capabilities to represent the brand at the state level.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
