Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell our automation and audio-visual products to architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and lead a team for managing physical stores and e-store (website).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities with:
• Architects
• Interior designers
• Contractors
• Other key stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals/quotations with accurate pricing.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
• Work with design and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM.
• Provide regular reports, feedback, and forecasts to management.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in electronics or building interiors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a track record of closing deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Proficient in CRM, POS, and sales tools.
• Willing to travel within Jaipur and nearby regions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
