Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and forging strategic partnerships that elevate our organization to new heights. What you’ll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field with a strong track record of success.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software tools.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, project management, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A background in marketing is a plus.
