Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Trivandrum, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing sales growth. They will also work closely with other departments to align strategies, and support the incubation program by mentoring early-stage ventures.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Experience with startup incubation or mentoring is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
