🎯 What You’ll Work On

  • Own outbound sales, lead generation, and client outreach in the

    U.S. IT staffing market

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and staffing partners
  • Understand client requirements and pitch

    pre-vetted consultants

    from our AI-powered Talent Cloud
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to ongoing account growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sourcing, delivery, leadership) to ensure fast and high-quality execution
  • Hit monthly sales targets and drive long-term client success


✅ Who Should Apply

  • 1–5 years of experience in

    U.S. IT staffing sales

    , account management, or business development
  • Strong understanding of IT contract hiring, staffing models, and client dynamics in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly accountable, metrics-driven, and proactive about closing deals
  • Comfortable working in a
