Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities for the

    EzyOffice program

    , covering office infrastructure rentals (workstations, laptops, servers, networking, furniture, and IT maintenance).
  • Position EzyOffice as a

    capex-free, scalable solution

    to CXOs, founders, and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Leverage

    Future Console Infotechs system integration expertise

    to bundle IT infrastructure, managed services, and office solutions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, client acquisition, partnerships, and networking.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases to decision-makers.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closure and onboarding.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by management.
  • Develop strategic client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements aligned with company policies.
  • Track competitor offerings, market trends, and evolving customer needs to refine positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields; MBA would be an added advantage.
  • 5 - 10 years of proven B2B business development experience

    in IT services, managed infrastructure, or system integration.
  • Strong understanding of

    office infrastructure, IT lifecycle management, system integration, and managed services

    .
  • Ability to sell to

    CXOs, founders, and admin/IT heads

    with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large value deals and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling to

    startups, SMEs or corporates

    .
  • Exposure to

    workspace solutions, managed IT services, or subscription-based business models

    .
  • Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and corporate procurement cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Network in key sectors such as IT/ITES, BFSI, healthcare, education, and co-working spaces.
