Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention, as well as strategic planning to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation
• Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Customs Clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the logistics industry
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
