Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - 3PL Logistics located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The candidate will also be expected to negotiate contracts, participate in industry events, and meet sales targets to drive the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies
• Ability to manage client relationships and negotiate contracts
• Strong skills in market research and sales reporting
• Knowledge of logistics and freight management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
