Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/executives at Thanga Udhayam Gold India Pvt Ltd in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for Field sales and client acquisition with exposure across Schools, Colleges, Corporates, and SMEs segments. Financial, Insurance, Higher education product/ service selling experience preferred. Scheme launch, promoting the same. Lead generation(offline & Meta), client meetings, proposal closures, and payment collections Maintaining CRM and customer data daily effectively Driving monthly revenue targets and incentives Team handling experience preferred (for BDM- 3-5 member team) Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales/Customer Engagement/ Customer enrollment portfolio Graduate in any discipline A two-wheeler is mandatory for the BDM and BDE roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with client calling, CRM, and field sales Salary + Attractive Incentives (Immediate Joining Preferred) Note : These are priority positions with immediate offers for candidates who are self-driven and ready to grow in a high-potential financial product space.
