Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products (gold, jewellery, or related items), maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.
• Promote and explain company products, schemes, and offers to customers.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, collect customer feedback, and report competitor activities.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and order conversions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, or field activities.

Collection Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from existing customers.
• Maintain and update collection records in coordination with the accounts team.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments and resolve any billing issues.
• Submit daily/weekly collection reports to management.
• Maintain good relationships to ensure smooth and regular payment cycles.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Any Degree / Diploma (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Commerce).

• Experience:

  13 years of experience in field sales, jewellery, or the FMCG sector (freshers may also apply).

• Skills Required:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
