Sales Manager Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Thanga Udhayam Gold India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, specifically in gold chit saving schemes or related financial products. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive the team to achieve and exceed business objectives while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve growth. Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques. Could you monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in gold chit saving schemes or financial services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Sales Executives Job Description: We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team at Thanga Udhayam Gold India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our gold chit saving schemes to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to grow professionally in the financial services sector with a reputable organization. Key Responsibilities: Could you identify and reach out to prospective customers to promote our gold chit saving schemes? Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products that meet their financial goals. Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or customer segments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in gold chit saving schemes or financial products. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. A diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
