• Identify and generate new business leads in the freight forwarding industry (Import/Export Sea & Air). • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, console agents, and consignees. • Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with internal operations and pricing teams for seamless service delivery. • Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and client data. • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
