Business Development Manager / Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at our company, you will be focusing on driving sales of Senses Interactive Panels in the Siliguri region. Your role will involve generating leads, establishing client relationships, and closing deals with educational institutions and corporate organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers - Conduct market research - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects - Deliver product presentations - Understand client needs - Negotiate pricing - Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis Qualifications Required: - Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the EdTech or Publication industry - Knowledge of smart classroom solutions, AV products, or EdTech software - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Basic tech-savviness - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, providing post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing regular reports for management.
