We are seeking a Business Development Manager to our Irinjalakuda office, Thrissur - who will play a key leadership role in driving our business expansion and managing client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong sales orientation, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving business targets.
* Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
* Coordinate sales and marketing activities to maximize brand visibility and revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
* Collaborate with management to prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (same industry or retail preferred).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication in Hindi and English (mandatory for client interactions).
* MBA preferred but not mandatory.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
