Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Handle client meetings, requirements gathering, and contract negotiations. Build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into successful business deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Travel to client locations as required for meetings and business development. Requirements: 12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry. Proven ability in client handling and lead generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel based on business needs.
