Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing Marketing Strategies:

• Create and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and promote Aron Universal's products and services internationally.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the companys global presence.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of international markets to identify growth opportunities and consumer preferences.

• Stay informed about regional trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

3. Localized Campaign Development:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the cultural and regional nuances of target markets.

• Align campaigns with global branding while addressing local market needs.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with local marketing teams, external agencies, product development, sales, and distribution teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

• Act as a bridge between global and regional teams to maintain consistency in messaging and objectives.

5. Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:

• Track market trends, customer feedback, and emerging consumer behaviors to refine strategies.

• Adapt marketing plans to align with changing market demands and organizational goals.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

• Oversee the budgeting of international marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Optimize campaign costs while maintaining impact and effectiveness.

7. Performance Tracking:

• Use KPIs and ROI metrics to monitor and report the performance of international marketing efforts.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
