We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer with expertise in waterproofing to oversee and execute waterproofing projects for high-rise buildings and commercial complexes. Role & responsibilities 1. Install waterproofing treatments using specialized equipment, following established procedures and practices. 2. Guide and assist in waterproofing applications, working with various chemicals and coating products. 3. Ensure professionalism in waterproofing works, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. 4. Regularly monitor and maintain waterproofing equipment, performing integrity testing and troubleshooting to identify defects. 5. Conduct visual inspections, providing professional advice to clients as needed. 6. Manage tools, supplies, and equipment, arranging for replacements when necessary. 7. Adhere to health and safety practices, laws, and regulations, including building and construction codes. Preferred candidate profile - Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in waterproofing or construction. - Strong understanding of waterproofing materials and applications. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide good customer service. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications: - Direct experience in waterproofing or construction. - Knowledge of waterproofing and coating materials. - Experience working with a range of waterproofing chemicals and products.

Job description PROJECT MANAGER Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products. Responsibilities in detail: Attending site Review Meetings Monitoring overall progress /quality/ safety standards to client satisfaction Weekly meeting with Sub-ordinates. Sales and Cash flow reviews Reconciliation of materials and manpower (To reconcile all materials periodically preferably at every RA bill period, maintaining the material statements as received vs consumption.) Sales and material projection (Calculate quantities for all elements as per Auto cad drawing & site conditions) Preparation, Checking & Certification of running bills along with all supporting documents. Preparing of Drawings /Method Statements and other important documents for submittal Cross checking of BOQ quantities vs actual expected and the variations informs to clients with reasons. Preparing a detailed costing sheet for all potential projects. Preparing statements Weekly Labor Provision, LRS, MRS, and Claimed Vs Certified of bills. Responsible for issuing of all structural, architecture elements, related site drawings to the vendors. Preparing & tracking of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports Hiring Criteria Must have minimum 5-10 Years of experience in site supervising & execution of Construction Chemical. Must have minimum 3 years of experience working with Builders & Developers, taking care of all sites. Should have managed multiple sites & team.
