Role Description

Business Development Manager – EdTech

The ideal candidate will drive expansion by conducting market analysis, engaging with key stakeholders, and showcasing our EdTech solutions to prospective clients. The role requires proactive relationship management, strong customer engagement, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard educational institutions and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate EdTech products/solutions to prospective clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
• Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline metrics in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong business development and sales acumen with proven ability to generate, nurture, and close leads.
• Experience in networking, relationship management, and partnership building—preferably in the

  EdTech or education sector

• Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in
