Job Description About Us: We are an EdTech startup Platform (Sister Concern of Annapurna Swadisht Limited) dedicated to providing quality education to students in West Bengal's rural & urban areas. We are expanding our field sales team in the Siliguri districts and seeking motivated individuals to join us. Job Summary : As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our reach within the districts, based out of Siliguri. You will conduct daily field visits, build strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners (tutor community), and contribute to the overall growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities : ● Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition: β—‹ Conduct daily field visits to schools, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions. β—‹ Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the value proposition of our EdTech platform. β—‹ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. β—‹ Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Channel Partner Development : β—‹ Identify and recruit potential channel partners in the assigned territory. β—‹ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners. β—‹ Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales performance. Market and Research Feedback : β—‹ Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. β—‹ Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned territory. β—‹ Provide regular reports to the manager about sales activities. Relationship building : β—‹ Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and local influencers. β—‹ Represent the company in a professional manner. Qualification and Skill ● Experience: β—‹ Proven experience in field sales, in education, or related sectors. β—‹ Experience working in rural-urban markets is highly desirable. β—‹ Experience in channel sales is a plus. β—‹ Experience in personal tutoring or prior teaching experience at a reputed school Skills : β—‹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β—‹ Strong sales and negotiation skills. β—‹ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β—‹ Strong organizational and time management skills. β—‹ Ability to build and maintain relationships. β—‹ Knowledge of the local market in the Siliguri districts. Educational Qualifications: β—‹ Bachelor's degree minimum. Education Specialization preferred Personal Attributes ● Highly motivated and results-oriented. ● Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
