As a Field Officer Sales (FOS) at InstaOwl, you will be a key player in transforming the learning landscape by driving sales through field visits, live demos, and building meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, consistently exceeding monthly targets, engaging with school principals, teachers, and parents to introduce our offerings, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction by collecting market insights. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Publishing, or Banking. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a self-driven, target-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for traveling. A Two Wheeler is a must for this position.
