About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3–6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the IT / Blockchain / Payments / domain.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business

opportunities.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

● Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads to meet revenue targets.

● Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Delivery) to tailor solutions for client needs.

● Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.

● Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth

opportunities.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

● 3–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.

● Strong track record of achieving sales or business targets.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to understand client requirements and map them to business solutions.

● Experience in technology, fintech, blockchain, or IT services (preferred).

● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.

Good to Have

● Experience working with government undertakings, BFSI, or enterprise clients.

● Exposure to international markets and B2B sales.

● Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
