Job Description: Rust Developer (3–9 years)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – Client Location)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Rust Developers to join our client’s team in the digital payments and

financial infrastructure domain. This role is onsite at the client’s Hyderabad office, where

you will work on mission-critical payment systems that power secure, large-scale, and

high-performance applications used across the country.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, optimize, and maintain applications using Rust.

● Build and enhance secure, reliable, and scalable payment solutions.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial software.

● Implement best practices in performance optimization, concurrency, and memory

safety.

● Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards.

● Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production-level issues.

● Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of overall software development experience.

● At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Rust.

● Strong expertise in systems programming, concurrency, and memory management.

● Experience in financial/payment applications or other mission-critical systems

(preferred).

● Familiarity with distributed systems, cryptography, or secure protocols.

● Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

● Exposure to blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, or cryptographic

systems.

● Experience with high-availability financial systems.

● Knowledge of Substrate, Solana, or Polkadot ecosystems.
