About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of chemical products or industrial sales will be an added advantage.

• Work Mode: In-person (Goregaon, Mumbai)
• Willingness to Travel: Up to 25% (Preferred)
