Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, networking, and strategic outreach to expand the organizations customer base and revenue pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and operations to align business strategies, create proposals, prepare presentations, and deliver customized offerings that meet client expectations.
  • Drive end-to-end business development activities such as lead generation, pitch delivery, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales strategies, set performance targets, and contribute to improving business plans and revenue forecasts.
  • Track performance metrics, maintain CRM data, prepare periodic business reports, and present progress updates to management while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and compliance requirements.
