Job Description

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, networking, and strategic outreach to expand the organizations customer base and revenue pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their business needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and operations to align business strategies, create proposals, prepare presentations, and deliver customized offerings that meet client expectations.
Drive end-to-end business development activities such as lead generation, pitch delivery, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales strategies, set performance targets, and contribute to improving business plans and revenue forecasts.
Track performance metrics, maintain CRM data, prepare periodic business reports, and present progress updates to management while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and compliance requirements.
