Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and approach new clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for dentists and dental staff.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
  • Participate in dental conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with dental professionals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
