Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with dental clinics, hospitals and institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for clients and staff.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales agreements to ensure profitable growth as per the company policy.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Ensure proper after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance through weekly/monthly reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and professional events to enhance brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  in the dental/medical equipment sector.
