Business Development Manager

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. You will be responsible for ensuring effective product distribution and sales through MP State Cooperative Societies, focusing on PROM, FOM, Organic Manure, and Vermi Composed products. Building strong relationships with cooperative societies, agri-dealers, and distributors will be a key aspect of your job. Identifying new market opportunities in the Bio fertilizer and agri-inputs sector and monitoring competitor activities to develop counter-strategies will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets - Ensure effective product distribution and sales through MP State Cooperative Societies - Build strong relationships with cooperative societies, agri-dealers, and distributors - Identify new market opportunities in the Bio fertilizer and agri-inputs sector - Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies - Lead a small team, providing guidance, training, and support - Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction - Participate in agri-expos, fairs, and promotional events Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in the agriculture sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead a team effectively and provide guidance and support - Knowledge of the agriculture industry and market trends - Willingness to travel and attend various agricultural events The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
