Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive position will have extensive experience in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for digital marketing services. You will be responsible for various tasks such as lead generation, client meetings, pitching services, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting lead generation and prospecting activities by researching, identifying, and reaching out to potential clients through digital platforms, networking, and cold calling. - Engaging with clients, presenting digital marketing solutions, conducting meetings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. - Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships, as well as handling inquiries or escalations effectively. - Collaborating with the marketing team to tailor proposals and ensure client expectations align with deliverables. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets with a structured reporting mechanism in place. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably within the Digital Marketing or related service industries. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Certifications in Sales, CRM, or Digital Marketing are a plus). - Proficiency in Digital Marketing Services such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns, etc. - Familiarity with CRM Tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms. - Experience in proposal writing including drafting quotations, service pitches, and client-specific marketing solutions. - Demonstrated success in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective presentation abilities. - Preferably, prior experience with CRM systems. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. - Ability to collaborate with teams and build strong relationships. The offered salary package for this position is 8 to 10 LPA, with the possibility of negotiation based on the candidate's present package and expectations.,
