About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling digital marketing services and managing the full business development cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, outbound prospecting, and digital platforms.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels to establish rapport and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Conduct research on target industries, client pain points, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Pitch a wide range of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, SMM, content marketing, branding, web development, and more.
  • Present customized proposals demonstrating the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Create tailored pitches for platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to maximize win rates.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Ensure consistent engagement with prospects to improve conversions and retention.

Strategic Planning & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content, design, strategy, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies, pricing models, and positioning based on market insights.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, competitor activities, and the latest tools.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain and track detailed records of all leads, conversions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and pipeline analyses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,641.41 - ₹52,080.74 per month
