*We’re Hiring: Business Development Managers – Global Tech Sales (3 Positions)

  Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (HQ) – Hybrid flexibility for international markets

  Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month + Lucrative Incentives + High Commissions + Bonuses .

 *Role Overview

  Join our mission as a Business Development Manager and:

  Drive lead generation through cold outreach & strategic targeting

  Close big-ticket deals using elite pitching & negotiation skills

  Win contracts via bidding platforms & direct client acquisition

  Build pipelines & partnerships to position Cubemoons globally.

 *Key Responsibilities

  Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, networking

  Work on Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Contra, Fiverr Pro, and other B2B platforms

  Close enterprise-level SaaS, AI, and software development deals

  Craft ROI-driven proposals & deliver high-impact presentations

  Negotiate contracts & build long-term CXO-level partnerships

  Collaborate with CBMO & tech teams to align market needs

  Track market trends & refine sales strategies.

 * Who We’re Looking For

 4+ years in B2B tech sales, SaaS, AI services, IT solutions

  Proven success in closing high-ticket global deals

  Expert in lead generation, cold outreach & pipeline growth

  Hands-on with bidding portals (Upwork, Contra, Toptal, etc.)

  Excellent communication, negotiation & persuasion skills

  Global mindset & ability to adapt across time zones

  Aggressive target achiever with a hunter mindset

*Compensation & Growth

  Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month

  Incentives: Up to 5% per deal (uncapped)

  Bonuses: For milestones & strategic wins
