Business Development Manager

• Lead Generation

  : Identify and research potential clients across various industries who need digital marketing services

• Client Outreach

  : Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking to establish initial contact with prospects

• Client Meetings

  : Visit potential clients to understand their business needs and present Scabbard Tech's solutions

• Proposal Development

  : Create compelling, customised proposals that showcase our services and value proposition

• Deal Closure

  : Negotiate terms, address client concerns, and successfully close business deals

• Relationship Management

  : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Market Research

  : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities

• Sales Reporting

  : Track leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions; provide regular updates to management

Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing, IT services, advertising, or related fields)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and ability to work independently

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

• Competitive Salary

  : ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
