Position Overview:

Business Development Manager

  • Drive

    B2B sales

    by identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Conduct

    outbound sales calls

    to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    corporate clients, hotels

    ,

    restaurants, and cafs

    to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and update

    customer relationship management

    (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telesales / telecalling experience with proven conversion ability.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
