Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Brand Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

Chayam Tea is looking for a Brand Manager who can turn our ideas into a viral consumer experience. From packaging to influencer briefs, you’ll shape every brand moment. This is not a “graphic designer” role — this is for someone who can own storytelling and visual identity.

Responsibilities:

• Craft GTM plans for product launches
• Coordinate brand shoots and influencer content
• Brief designers, videographers, editors
• Write brand copy / scripts / captions
• Own Instagram look/feel + campaign narratives
• Ensure packaging and brand collaterals stay on-brand

Education, Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Proven experience with writing a brand brief or campaign plan
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 2–4 years in a D2C brand, agency, or content startup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
