Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help us bring our brand story to life through compelling visuals. As a Graphic Designer at Chayam Tea, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing designs that enhance our brand identity and engage our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of platforms, including amazon listing, amazon a+ content, social media posts, website banners, email templates, print advertisements, brochures, banners,product packaging and promotional material.
• AI-Driven Design: Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline design processes, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize design outcomes.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator: Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for photo editing, image manipulation, and vector-based graphic design. Produce professional-grade designs with attention to detail and creativity.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content for promotional videos, tutorial videos, and other multimedia projects. Use video editing software to add effects, transitions, text overlays, and music to create engaging videos.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and deadlines. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with other design software and technologies (Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, Canva).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
