Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate catering and institutional F&B space.

2. Generate qualified leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR, Admin and other departments.

4. Understand client requirements and customize catering solutions accordingly.

5. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

6. Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.

7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

8. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to enhance brand visibility.

9. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2. 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.

3. Strong Knowledge of cafeteria management / corporate catering.

4. Strong corporate network and proven ability to generate B2B leads.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to understand client needs and offer customized F&B solutions.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in corporate catering / institutional food service / event catering sales.

2. Knowledge of QSR operations, menu planning, and pricing structures.

3. CRM tool proficiency and data-driven approach to sales.

4. Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
