Dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executives to drive growth for our Outdoor Catering division. The candidates will be responsible for expanding business through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and brand promotion in their respective segments Mandapams, Corporates, and General Marketing. This is a field-intensive role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned segment (Mandapam, Corporate, or General Market). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event managers, and venues. Conduct regular field visits to potential clients, wedding halls, corporates, and event sites. Promote and pitch catering services to prospective customers and institutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings. Manage brand promotion campaigns and outdoor marketing activities. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field. 2–5 years of on-field experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil.
