Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Growth

Identify and develop new business opportunities through online channels, travel agencies, corporate tie-ups, and event planners.
Build partnerships with tour operators, OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), and local tourism boards.
Drive inquiries and conversions through targeted campaigns and direct outreach.

2. Booking Management

Respond promptly to booking inquiries from all channels (website,social media, calls).
Coordinate with guests to ensure smooth pre-arrival communication and follow-up.
Optimize occupancy rates by managing pricing, availability, and promotions strategically.

3. Marketing & Outreach

Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content, offers, and seasonal packages.
Represent the property at travel fairs, events, and hospitality networking opportunities.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
Analyze booking trends and suggest new revenue strategies.
Track ROI from marketing and partnership efforts.
