Business Development Manager - Hospitality

You will be the Business Development Manager for the Hospitality Sector at AVAAN, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the hospitality industry, particularly with luxury hotels. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, building relationships with key decision-makers, leading the business development process from prospecting to contract negotiation, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, attending industry events, and monitoring industry trends to improve service offerings and sales strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, at least 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the hospitality sector, a strong network of contacts in the hospitality industry, proven ability to drive revenue growth, excellent negotiation and communication skills, willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events, and the ability to work full-time in a day shift schedule.
