Lab Assistant

As an Assistant Lecturer Logistics, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic team to deliver high-quality education and practical training in the field of logistics. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering basic theoretical classes in logistics to students enrolled in skill development programs. - Conducting hands-on practical sessions in the logistics training lab to ensure interactive and effective learning. - Assisting senior faculty in organizing and facilitating group discussions and case study-based learning activities. - Supporting the maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of logistics lab equipment and training tools. - Providing individual guidance and mentoring to students when needed. - Ensuring compliance with institutional standards and training partner guidelines for curriculum delivery. - Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and practical assessments. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 3 years of industry experience in logistics operations or functions. - 2 years of teaching/training experience with a recognized skill development training partner. - Proficiency in explaining logistics concepts and conducting practical training. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Profile: - Male candidates preferred. - Passion for teaching and mentoring young professionals. - Familiarity with industry-standard logistics tools and equipment.
