Key Responsibilities • Review and interpret third-party reliability/qualification test results (DH, TC, PID, UV, ML, HF etc.). • Identify deviations or failures and lead technical root cause analysis with R&D, Engineering, and QA teams. • Evaluate BOM changes, material approvals, and design documents for compliance with IEC/UL/BIS product construction requirements. • Support new product qualification plans (PQP) and certification readiness review. • Maintain product family compliance matrices for certified PV modules. • Monitor certification deviations, NCRs, and ensure timely closure. • Track changes in standards and prepare impact assessments for design and process teams. • Support internal factory audits and external certification audits with technical insights.
