Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman with experience in solar plant layout design to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD and solar project drawings , and be capable of preparing civil drawings for utility-scale and rooftop solar installations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare civil layout drawings , general arrangements (GA), and detailed construction drawings for solar power projects . Draft site grading plans , foundations, trenching, and cable routing layouts. Develop PV module layout plans as per engineering inputs and site conditions. Interpret and incorporate survey data , topographic maps, and other inputs into project designs. Coordinate with design engineers and project managers for drawing revisions and updates. Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards. Maintain organized drawing records and revisions as per document control procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship. 2 -5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in the solar energy or infrastructure sector . Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of SketchUp / PVSyst / Helioscope is a plus. Understanding of solar PV plant layout , topographical surveys, and civil infrastructure. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and civil design documents. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale solar power plant projects . Knowledge of relevant BIS/IS codes and civil design practices in India. Familiarity with government approvals and drawing submission formats. Role & responsibilities 1.Lead and manage the PDI process to ensure readiness of solar modules for customer inspection and dispatch. 2.Act as the primary liaison between the customers inspection team and internal quality/production departments for Customer / TPI Inline Inspection and Pre Dispatch Inspections. 3.Coordinate with Customer/TPI on inspection schedules, ensuring resource availability and product readiness. 6.Provide detailed inspection reports and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions. 7.Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and inspection outcomes. 8.Train and guide the PDI inspection team in customer handling and compliance standards. 9. Out of Box Audits, Container Inspections, before PDI . 10. Sharing of Production Reports,BORM, FTR & IV Curve to customer order on regular basis. 11.Conduct BORM (Bill of Raw Material) audits for customer orders. 12.Coordinate TPI (Third Party Inspection) line audits and circulate Non-13.Conformities (NC) to the relevant teams. 14.Prepare and share daily production and in-process reports with customers for both production lines. 15.Backup, verify, edit, and circulate EL (Electroluminescence) images and IV (Current-Voltage) curve data to the customer. 16.Perform OUT BOX audits for both production lines. Inspect container loading during dispatch to ensure compliance with quality standards. 17.Generate DCR (Declaration of Conformity Report) certificates through the NISE portal. 18.Prepare FTR (Final Test Reports) prior to offering stock for PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection). 19.Execute PDIs and submit corresponding inspection reports. 20.Follow up for MDCC (Material Dispatch Clearance Certificate) issuance.

Role & responsibilities 1. Monitor completion of daily, weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time for own plant. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures of the manufaturing process. 2 .Ensure efficiency management by analyzing the consumption pattern of various raw material/intermediate products, power and fuel utilization; understand deviations from the expected consumption pattern and initiate action if required. 3. Guide the development and adherence to SOPs for all production, quality and maintenance processes; Lead implementation of ISO, OHSAS certifications. 4.Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit. 5. Monitor Plant OEE/OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis; Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines/lines and direct resolution. 6. Monitor safety programs and resolve issues to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the employees; Initiate prompt action to prevent or control abnormal/emergency breakdown conditions. 7. Ensure that finished goods are manufactured as per the customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner and oversee coordination with SCM team for proper packaging and dispatch of the same leading to customer delight. 8.Lead deployment of energy conservation and reduction of losses from plant operations. 9. Monitor adherence to the manufacturing process to achieve throughput yield and desired quality of products . 10. Multi skilling of operators / Contract employees to create a skilled workforce. Retention of critical resources, Succession planning of critical operators.

PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT- SR. POSITION Key Skill: - Electrical Spares Purchase, Logistics, Packaging, PO & PR Creation, Service PO & Contract negotiations, Spares & BOM Purchase, Inventory & material Management, Cost reduction, Vendor negotiation, New Vendor Development, MIS & Reports, RFQ, Testing / Safety & Quality Assurance, Gap & failure analysis, ISO Documentation, Team Leadership & Development. Role & Responsibility: - Experience in Purchase of BOM materials for Solar Module manufacturing capacity of 1GW Plant. Knowledge in Auctions and bidding for purchase orders and price negotiations. Tracking BOM availability & delivery and planning BOM procurement as per plant capacity. Preparing NFA and taking approvals regarding capital expenditure. Currently or experience with Working in Manufacturing excellence department for Six Sigma projects, Kaizen/Poke Yoke, ABC analysis, Why-Why analysis, 5S & visual display management. Coordinate with domestic/international suppliers and managed companys procurement activities. Developing process improvements for inventory, manufacturing & production control systems through Gantt Chart or any other chart flow. Steering manufacturing of solar cells, material management, production integration, capacity utilization, manpower utilization and basic idea of supply chain. Ensuring high yield, cost reduction & productivity improvement by implementing new techniques. Excellent knowledge in Advance payment processing & DPR creation, Technical evaluation of consumables & usage acceptance. Vendor evaluation & vendor visit, Stock review & focus on non-moving inventory of any Solar manufacturing plant. Performing mass balancing & accounting of inventory; conducting vendor evaluation; assessing daily consumption and ensuring zero stoppage due to BOM & consumables. Root cause analysis, kaizen activities & taking immediate remedial actions. Managing manpower allocation, recruitment, scheduling, OJT, skill improvement. Executing Quality Improvement Program as per ISO guidelines by audits, Strategizing & adhering to SOP & WI. Conducting audit of existing processes to identify critical gaps & designed new corrective procedures. Creating a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team. Ensuring technical safety as per ISO guidelines; providing PPE training; reporting & closing issues through Safety team/ Safety Training vendor. Proficient in handling & executing the supply chain operations along with overall logistics process services and Packaging at end & providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement. Qualification & Tech Savvy Skill: - B.Tech/ BE (Electrical) with Relevant Certifications of CPSM, CSCP, CPP or Material Management or Diploma/BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage. Well versa with SAP, ERP, MS Office and any other SCM/Procurement software.
