Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives in the EV segment, focusing on EV Rickshaw, E-Loader, and other clean mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s expansion in the sustainable transport sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV segment (B2B & B2C).
Build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and institutional clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Drive sales of EV Rickshaws, E-Loaders, and related clean energy solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement sales strategies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of EV technologies and green mobility trends is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
