Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research:
• Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the indoor vertical farming and hydroponics sectors.
• Identify potential partners, clients, and new markets for business expansion.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that can inform business strategies.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business models based on research findings.
• Business Strategy Support:
• Assist in the development of business plans and go-to-market strategies tailored to City Greens' offerings.
• Support the business development team in executing strategies to acquire new clients or expand existing relationships.
• Client Relations:
• Help manage communications with prospective and current clients.
• Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
• Project Support:
• Assist in managing agricultural projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support City Greens' business objectives.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
• Assist in organizing events, conferences, or webinars related to indoor vertical farming and business development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Should be Proficient in English, Hindi and any regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam )
