Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager at Capricorn Elevators Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our fast-growing team based in Trivandrum, Kerala. We specialize in the installation and maintenance of premium-quality elevators, with a focus on innovation and a customer-first approach that is redefining vertical transportation across Kerala. Your role will involve driving direct field sales and identifying new business opportunities in Trivandrum, Kollam, and southern Kerala. You will meet with clients to understand their requirements, offer tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical features. Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and providing regular sales reports and client insights to management are key responsibilities that you will undertake. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for field sales background. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills are essential, along with self-motivation, target-orientation, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the elevator/construction industries is a plus, and a willingness to travel extensively in the assigned regions is required.
