Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end users. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Attend client meetings and conduct on-site assessments. Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and quotations. Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales (preferably in construction, real estate, or elevator industry). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a strong result-oriented mindset. Fieldwork is mandatory – candidates must be willing to travel locally. Preferred Candidates Candidates with a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (mandatory for field work). Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
