We help businesses grow by delivering lead generation, marketing campaigns, and messaging solutions to clients across industries.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Field BDA to generate leads, acquire clients, and promote our digital marketing and CPaaS services in the field. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident, and skilled at building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to identify and approach potential clients.
• Promote Arihant Global’s Digital Marketing and CPaaS service offerings.
• Generate business leads through cold visits, references, local networking, and events.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on field activities, client feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales activities, client visits, and travel.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or messaging solutions.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions daily.
