Business Development Manager

You are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing applications and product support to customers, sales, and service teams. Your main duties will include resolving support cases promptly, carrying out additional tasks assigned by management, and maintaining communication with customers via email and phone in a semi-voice process. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of success in sales or customer support roles, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing them. Additionally, experience in B2B sales, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies are desirable skills for this role.
