Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in the Background Verification Industry. The ideal candidate is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent performance in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead sales initiatives in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers. Identify business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish strong partnerships. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention. Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and initiatives aligned with company objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and other businesses, to ensure seamless service delivery and cross sell opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the market. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and inform business decisions. Need to maintain accurate and timely update in the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales pipeline effectively. Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of consistent target achievement in the Background Verification Industry. Strong understanding of background verification services, compliance requirements, and market dynamics. Prior Industry experience in mandatory Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms. Working conditions BYOD (bring your own device policy)
